The basketball court

  

I chose this picture because this is my favorite place in my neighborhood the basketball court. When the field house is close I play here with my friends. I also like coming here alone because I like to practice to get better at my basketball skills.

I also like this place because it makes me happy because I love to play basketball.   

The field house

This is the "field house" that's what me and my friend call it. this is the park district of the neighborhood. I played for the basketball team and the football team. What I like about this place is the gym when there is no one there I go in with my friends and we play basketball.

Corner store

This is the little corner store I've always gone to after school to buy chips and other stuff I need. I know the guy that owns the little store don martin I was told yesterday that someone when in the store with a gun and pointed the gun at him to take the money from the cash register. what I would want to change about my neighborhood is the violence there is always houses being broken in to also there is a lot of drug dealers.

My house

This is my house I moved in to this house and neighborhood in 2011. This mean a lot to me because this is where I grew up in my teen age years although I do miss my old neighborhood which was Pilsen. I like this place because I have lot of good memories that happened in this here while growing up, also because it was bigger than my old house.

my neighboorhood school

     The reason I chose this picture was because this was the school I went to when I moved in to the neighborhood Phoebe Hearst Elementary which was in 2011. This is the school where I met all the kids that lived in my neighborhood. I like this place because it reminds me of the times I played for the basketball team with all my friends in 2011 we where area champions.
